Recommended BLOG software for IIS environment?

Hi friends. New to blogging and would like to create a blog of my own, but
I'm having a devil of a time finding recommendations on blog *software*.
Everywhere I search I'm finding recommendations on blogs themselves, and
very little actual discussio on how to set up one's own blog and get the
software to do it.

When I *do* find information, the software invariably requires PHP, Apache,
mySQL, etc. I'm a windows geek running 2003 Server, Exchange 2000 and IIS. I
need software that runs in that environment.

Any recommendations? Thanks mucho.

.Text is excellent ASP.NET software that sounds like it meets your
specifications.

There was a wiki for .Text here: http://dottextwiki.scottwater.com

It kinda looks like .Text has been abandoned, but I'm not sure.
